Reggie Williams, 62, was a featured speaker at the 420 Games in San
Francisco that promotes the use of cannabis. The 14-year NFL veteran with
the Cincinnati Bengals lost two Super Bowls playing against the 49ers.
Williams is advocating more studies on the benefits of cannabis as an
