With marijuana legalization spreading to more than 30 states, you may be wondering who is really on top of the movement to allow medical and recreational cannabis sales nationwide. Fortunately, Billboard Magazine has put together a list of the power players.

Yes, Wiz Khalifa’s on it.

The “Pot Power List” includes some names you might expect — Tommy Chong, Khalifa, Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg — and some you might not. Napster co-founder Sean Parker, who gave more than $8 million to support California’s Proposition 64, tops the list.

Snoop Dogg is, of course, one of the world’s most famous cannabis users, but he’s also a mogul who’s heavily invested in marijuana-related businesses, Billboard notes. Miley Cyrus is also noted both for her investment in Snoop’s Merryjane.com and for the gold-leaf rolling papers she gave out during her Bangerz world tour.

Among the power players whose names you might not know: Brendan Kennedy, the CEO of Privateer Holdings, which launched the “Marley Natural” cannabis line, which is authorized by the family of reggae legend Bob Marley; and Marc Weinstein and David Prinz, founders of Bay Area institution Amoeba Music, who have secured a permit from the Berkeley City Council to convert part of their massive Telegraph Avenue store into a marijuana dispensary.
