Greg Avetisyan and his brother just opened Topikal, a CBD store on the boardwalk in Venice, where he speaks to Kim and Chris Sisson and their dad Jim on Friday, August 31, 2018. The brothers' Tarzana shop is believed to be the first standalone CBD store in California. They want to expand with a third shop in Orange County.
