Greg Avetisyan and his brother just opened Topikal, a CBD store on the boardwalk in Venice, where they sell a line of CBD pet supplements on Friday, August 31, 2018. The brothers' Tarzana shop is believed to be the first standalone CBD store in California. They want to expand with a third shop in Orange County.
