It’s no April Fool’s joke.

The 420 Games kicked off a 2017 nationwide tour with a race and festival at the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday.

A couple thousand people came throughout the day to run the 4.20-mile race, browse vendor booths, watch professional BMX riders show their skills, compete in an obstacle course, sample beer and celebrate cannabis pride.
